Support is a must
"When you have put many years into building your website and its member base the last thing you want is a crash. Whatever form that may come in you want to be assured that when it does your provider can put it right. Well on 4 occasions now I have had to approach Bargainhost to reinstall a complete backup including database. They have done this quick ly and without fuss on all four occasions. This is just what I am paying for and I am delighted with the service no fuss and quick action. The support staff know what they are talking about and the advice is just what you want to hear.
